PAYMENT
THE FLOWER SHOP is an online flower and gift shop. The cut-off, order adjustments including cancellations, changes of address should be arranged one day before your order is due to be delivered.
THE FLOWER SHOP consists of products charges as agreed to by you. Prices are in OR (Omani rial) as quoted on our site.
Payment for all Products and Services must be by Credit/Debit Tap Payment Gateway, cash on delivery, or any other payment method on the online checkout page.
You must promptly advise us of any changes to your information provided to us as part of the customer registration process.
DELIVERY POLICY
You or the recipient must live within our delivery service area to receive orders from THE FLOWER SHOP. THE FLOWER SHOP delivers to all residential addresses, Hospitals, Hotels, office buildings, ministry, and government buildings. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes
If a redelivery is required at an alternative date or address through no fault of THE FLOWER SHOP an additional fee of OMR 5 will be charged.
THE FLOWER SHOP delivery days are Saturday – Thursday Between 8 am – 5 pm. Deliveries out of these hours or on Fridays can only be arranged by prior request by emailing us at [email protected]
THE FLOWER SHOP will deliver to the front door/office or reception of the delivery address provided, if the recipient is not home due to the climate, we will not leave the flowers/plants outside. The order will be taken back to the shop and another delivery date will be arranged with the recipient, in which an extra delivery charge may be charged. If you have specific delivery instructions we will notify our driver, however, you must make the appropriate arrangements to assist and allow us to deliver your order. Our driver may require identification of the person accepting delivery. If you believe there will not be anyone available to accept delivery during business hours it may be prudent to specify an address at which someone will be available to accept delivery (such as a work address). THE FLOWER SHOP accepts no responsibility for incorrectly supplied delivery details.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order may be canceled by emailing us at [email protected] three days before the delivery date. We will then issue you a refund. If your cancellation is submitted on or the day before the order is due to be delivered we will not be able to cancel your transaction
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our product, you or the recipient may not return your flowers to us for a refund. All THE FLOWER SHOP flowers are checked for quality and hand packed prior to dispatch and while we do our best to ensure your blooms are delivered in the best possible condition however if you is damaged during the delivery process. Should this be the case with your delivery THE FLOWER SHOP will consider either a refund or replacement as appropriate to your case. If you are not completely satisfied with your flowers and would like to seek a refund or replacement contact us at [email protected] and provide your account details, the reason for requesting a refund or replacement along with a photo of the flowers within 1 day of your delivery.
